Vilniaus Energija set up three customer centres, to inform customers, answer queries, take payments, and provide advice on heat insulation. These centres also include office facilities for the company's team of customer correspondents, or heat managers as they are known. In addition, Vilniaus Energija runs a call centre, with toll-free hotline access.
