Heat managers

For effective customer attention, Vilniaus Energija set up a sales department, made up of a hundred heat managers, each responsible for a group of around 65 buildings. They perform various tasks:

• Sign contracts

• Perform troubleshooting and technical supervision

• Take meter readings for hot water and heating consumption

• Help customers who have difficulties in paying their bills
